1. How many backing tracks do you have available? top
We have a library of 15,000+ titles available, with up to 100 new titles being produced each month. So, there is a huge choice available to you.
2. Are all the available songs listed in your Catalogue? top
The songs listed in our Catalogue are all those currently available. New titles are added every month, so we are constantly updating the Catalogue. You need to check regularly to see the latest list of available songs.
3. I want a track not in your catalogue. Can you help? top
Maybe. If we don't have it ourselves, we will endeavour to locate it for you if it has been produced as a backing track somewhere, and if it is of a suitable quality. However, it often happens a song is not produced as a backing track due to the high cost and the limited demand for the song. Email us the title/artist and we will see what we can do.
4. As you produce all these songs, can you custom produce a song for me? top
It would be too cost prohibitive to produce a song for just one customer. They are very expensive to produce and it needs to be very popular with wide international appeal to justify the cost. We are however open to your suggestions via e-mail. If there are enough requests for a song and it meets the above criteria, we will be happy to produce it.
5.Do you use real instruments on your tracks? top
Yes, we use real instruments at all times. Our backing tracks are recorded in professional sound studios played by dedicated musicians, many of whom play as backing for major vocalists on tour and in concert.
6. How do I know if the song is in the right "key" for me? Can you change it? top
Unfortunately not. Each song has been recorded in the original key to retain the authenticity. Equipment exists that can change the pitch/key but it also effects the speed of the song, providing an unacceptable result. If you sing in tune with the original, then our version should be fine for you.
7. Can you drop any instrument(s) from your tracks if required? top
No. The songs are produced as originally recorded, and we can make no changes.
8. Are your songs recorded in the original key? top
Yes, all tracks are in the key of the featured artist version.
9. Can the key of a track be changed? top
The keys cannot be changed as the tracks contain real audio.
10. Can the back up singers in the chorus be removed for me, leaving just the music? top
These songs are "backing tracks", meaning: songs without the LEAD vocals. If the original song has back up singers, most customers prefer these vocals to be included. We are committed to doing this and at this point it cannot be changed. You need to determine if this format is suitable for you.
11. On some songs there seems to be vocals all the way through. Why is this? top
A few songs have a chorus of lead singers harmonising throughout the entire song. A good example is "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" , which was originally recorded by the Andrew Sisters and later Bette Midler. Technically our song has NO LEAD VOCALS but all the "sister" harmonies remain throughout. If you are a singer, you simply sing lead vocals over an already arranged quality group of harmony singers throughout. This highlights an extreme case only.
12. How will I know which songs have back up vocals and how much? top
Normally only during the chorus but it is not always the case. It is assumed you are familiar with the song you are ordering. Thus it is up to you to determine if this format is suitable for you.
13. I've bought tracks from other suppliers and they haven't been very good.
How do I know yours will be good quality? top
The backing tracks we produce sound exactly like the original featured artist. They are professionally produced by "live" musicians on real instruments. We guarantee our quality.

Our music tracks are not midi files but live musicians from the USA and Australia playing real instruments complete with live back up singers. Musos who have worked with major headliners like Madonna and Elton John. Audio Engineers painstakingly re-recording some of the most popular songs of all time in a digital 24 track professional studio. Midi files are produced by way of keyboard(s) or other midi controllers. Midi can be inexpensive, which is why they are freely available to download off the internet at little or no cost. However, many types of instruments are not reproduced accurately and often the midi files sound "lifeless" and not "real". With our backing tracks you get great sound quality as close to the original as possible.
15. Do all your backing tracks have lyric sheets or do I have to get these myself? top
Our backing tracks are supplied with lyrics in the style of the featured artist. If the backing track was originally an instrumental only, there may not be a lyric for this. However, this would be very rare.
